Depending on how well you work with others will make or break you. Not all managers and Supervisors are the greatest at times. Get everything in writing and keep records or encounters that may come up in the future. If you step on toes or outshine anyone expect to catch grief. Also, depending on how well you are liked may determine if you keep amazing hours or if you lose your work life balance.
