The employee discount is fantastic and some of my coworkers became good friends. The new GM was a good fit compared to the previous regimes.

Pay was low, inventory/warehouse is expected to be the lackey for the entire store, other departments including management treated the warehouse/inventory team poorly and disrespectfully. It was a terrible work environment due to the amount of work that is unrealistically expected of us without any help. Multiple employees in multiple different instances including a supervisor were arrested/fired in the store which is unprofessional to employees and clients. Favoritism among management led to irresponsible promotions which further frustrated the entire staff and showed there was no growth within the store or company
