Being a publisher allows me the opportunity to produce a substantial income and flexibility to be at every one of the kids school and sporting events. We have a family first culture and that is very important to me. Being a Division Manager allows me to coach and mentor others to succeed at publishing their own magazine and that is more rewarding than anything else.
