Strict working hours- they may extend the working hours too if u didnt complete your work
CEO is extremely rude, will scold in front of everyone. He expects you know to know everything.
They will even say to work on weekends.
I would say , if you have other good oppurtunity go there.
There is no decorum maintained , in the way they communicate.
They wont understand your problem just SCOLD and SCOLD!!
