I’ve worked at Better Body Bootcamp for more than two years, and I have witnessed the company grow exponentially. There are many reasons for that. For me, the two biggest things are flawless communication and incredible team-building. That has enabled me to grow beyond my expectations and help improve many facets of this fitness studio. I work in marketing, content, and social media. You are constantly given the opportunity to try new things in a collaborative atmosphere. You are also challenged but that only makes you better. Quite honestly, I’ve worked many years as a freelancer, and I’m blessed to have the chance to be part of such an amazing team. I look forward to many years of watching myself and the franchise grow to unlimited levels.

There are literally no pros. Maybe a free t-shirt.

Unprofessional. No paperwork. No structure. No training. No communication. No "onboarding process" as mentioned in-person. They'll ask you to come in for a couple of hours to watch someone handle their work load and occasionally talk to you for 10 minutes. Don't waste your time here. Don't believe what you've "agreed" upon during the interview. Make sure you keep a record of everything that was said to you in-person, text and email. I would even go as far saying to make your own contracts. Don't pass up on interviews from other companies because you think this is going to be a real opportunity to work in digital marketing. Owner is unprofessional and has a short fuse. If you ask questions and give input he'll take it personal and give you an attitude for even questioning him. They're all over the place with how they do things. Very impromptu and random. I was let go in less than two weeks because they "over-budgeted" and "got ahead of themselves" when hiring for the role. Don't leave your day job for this mess.
