Who got recognized, promoted, blind eye or given opportunities depended more on being in the right circle than on actually doing good work. - Some genuinely good hardworking people left. - Upper management's communication style needs a lot of work. Negativity that trickles down. - Parking situation sucks. - Depending on which manager you're under, the experience can vary a lot.
