Everything from this company is not worth your time. Management is horrible at communicating. You are left guessing what's going on. Pay raises and promotions are rare, and when they do happen, they are very small. The schedule can be brutal at times, with night work and not much balance for personal life. There's also very little structure, and things are often done without proper tools. Growth for experienced developers is limited, so it's better suited for beginners who wants to exposure, but even then, the lack of guidance makes it something you might want to avoid if you value stability. Run, you can do better and be appreciated by companies that don't have egotistical megalomaniacs.
