Not sure who posted the five-star review, probably the owners. The other two reviews that are posted at the time of posting this, are completely true. Ran by "people who have an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves". Horrible documentation. The information you need to do your job may be there, but it is almost impossible to find when you need it. Not concerned about helping you as an employee. Management says they are there to help you, but when you make a request it is denied on the grounds of "that's now how I would do it, so no" or it's implemented incorrectly and they make no attempt to correct it. Management style is the definition of micro-management. Management demands communication responses without delay but will in turn leave your messages on read. If you need money to pay bills, then sure; apply. But be warned, you will regret it. Stick it out and pursue other opportunities.
