You will get along with other people more because of how badly all of you were treated and you just vent out to one another. Management has no leadership skill whatsoever. They treat their employees as slaves. No work life balance AT ALL!!! You will be working so hard even until after midnight and still, no appreciation of your work. Managers most especially VPs will embarass you in front of EVERYONE! Take note, the office is one big open area so everyone will hear everything. There process is the worst and under developed. They do not release incentives to whomever earned the incentives. You will have to follow up a thousand times just for them to process it. They dont stick with the process they implemented. Everytime you submit forms, a new process will be released, delaying the processing of anything related to money. Employees are never happy in this company. Burnouts are inevitable to the extent that I had nightmares every night due to anxiety and stress. There are other better companies out there. Save yourself!
