Base + Commission. Staff at store level were great to work with, direct supervisor was really supportive.

Svantaggi

The exec doesn't care about their employees whatsoever. They slashed commission when the minimum wage increased (Ontario). Their computer systems will give you crazy anxiety, and they DEMAND credit card sales in order to get your commission.
