They do pay well for OT and you are also allowed to claim for toll and grab depending on the site you go to.

-Hires way too many interns -Not enough space to work -Handles work in manual way till the documents are hard to manage - Forces interns to also OT - Just bad management in handling the work -Not a good place for growth -Some senior staffs are just rude and not thankful even when we help -Micromanages too much as well

Good and supportive colleagues and supervisors. A good company to have your internship or first experience and learn more in IT Support.

Tried to negotiate the salary but HR keeps giving excuses during the interview said she's in a hurry yet still came late for the interview even though it was online. Low salary compared to the market. Mileage claim also is low especially now the subsidies ar limited starting past year. Someone said no planned mileage claim increase in the near future. Senior colleague said the increment is not that great. Not a good place to spend many years here.
