      Great teammates, and helpful developers mostly (some may not be very friendly but it's within expectations) in China and SG, but you should know Mandarin.

      Svantaggi

      Very stressful and lack of manpower with restricted budget. Apparently overseas contract hires are more expensive than China workers, so we're expected to work more as well, essentially 24/7
