      Other than a steady paycheck there are no positives to working here.

      Poor leadership is the main problem here. Seasoned members of the staff don't know answers to questions about the general operations. It is very hard to succeed at a job with no direction or touchstones. One day they pry details of your personal life out, the next day they tell you not to bring your personal life in. It is a very negative upsupportive environment.

      Bialek really cares about making it's employees successful. There is truly a collaborative team based approach to supplying the best service to its clients. Management truly gets what it takes to sustain growth not only for the company but all of its employees. I enjoy each and every day that I go to the office. I can't say that about other companies I have worked for. Having been in this industry for over twenty years, and working for or with multiple organizations in the same industry, I feel like I have finally found a company that I could complete my career with.
