      Great sense of community and HR has answered all my questions regarding benefits, holidays, etc. before I ask them - sometimes before I even think of them.

      The only con I can think of is trying to juggle all the time zones for zoom meetings because of we're global.

      The company culture is actually healthy. The pay is really competitive, even when compared to secular/corporate companies. They ensure you're set up to work remotely. They value transparency and pray together on a regular basis. The people are 95% amazing.

      A bit of overlap in job roles sometimes. You can move up in the company but it won't happen overnight.
