Great Culture and Values - Recensione dipendente - Senior Frontend Software Engineer presso Bidscale

I have worked for several companies over my career that have preached their core values and few have held them or believed in them. Bidscale is by far the most sincere with their belief of their core values and truly value them. Has an employee it is truly refreshing to me, that a company has put this much effort into their values and apply them. These values are my way to climb up and set goals for myself. The colleagues are engaged and active, being remote it has become harder to find this in the industry. Feedback is provided and receive with open arms here as well. Have not seen a single person get mad or angry at suggesting changes. The documentation and onboarding process was flawless. I was able to find out so much about the products, culture and what our mission was without asking 15 people over months what it is we are doing and why.
