      Poor location demands a transport service from company. Office space is shrinking. More focus of developing new features rather than reinforcing the current ones, it could be the requirement for a startup of this size.       It has an open door policy where anybody from the organization independent of the hierarchy can walk in with their ideas, problems or solutions. And ideas need not always be brand related. It can be office culture related as well.
