Lack of effective leadership, very negative culture, do not promote from within, lie to employees (promote bonuses when you are hired, yet they haven't given bonuses in many years), move people around the company like they are all a number. So sad to see this company spiraling downward, but they do not seem to care about their employees and making genuine efforts to improve things. Took away bonuses and all incentives.. does not make you feel appreciated or important. CEO is only concerned about making money for himself. Wish the old CEO still ran the place.
