They expect you to be a manager with no recognition or compensation for when you do the job. They expect the stores to run perfectly, shelves stocked, faced and organized while assisting customers, running cash and being a manager (without being a manager) with 2 staff members... They won't allot more hours to assist you and will not pay OT.
