Good benefits, cool space, nice perks, lots of opportunity to learn old and new technology and solve tough problems. Nice that I had flex schedule.

Top-down management. A select few people need to approve every decision and ambitious employees generally get frustrated because of micromanagement. Lead engineers can be cocky and rude and like to take all the credit rather than letting team members shine. (My team manager won an award for the work we did and never even thanked his team members when he was recognized.)
