The upward mobility in this company is amazing and they are mostly all nice, interesting people to work with. Over the course of five years, I worked my way up from a game tester to a game developer working on multiple titles. The management has always been supportive of learning new things and pushing people to try new things.

The worst part is when big projects get cancelled and people get laid off. This company does take a lot of risks which lead to lots of good things, but when things don't work out, close friends often get let go or leave to other companies.
