Easily the best thing about the work is the team

Agency life is busy. For some that's a bug, for others it's a feature. I like it but you should be prepared for that.

The work is fun, you get lots of autonomy and they hold a high bar for craft for devs and designers. Some of the employees are amazing, but some are super problematic. Big Human doesn't have a true HR person so nothing ever gets addressed or resolved.

Very low pay bands, horrible benefits (and they kept taking more and more away), horrible clients, and expectations to do good work faster and faster.
