CEO plays mind games for his own pleasure. He has no real interest in his employees, rather, he pays entry level salaries to educated, talented employees and makes false promises of bonuses to ensure a larger payout for himself. Upper management is a joke. They either micro manage due to lack of trust or give zero direction because they're too busy and there is no middle management. Little to no opportunity for career advancement or salary increase.
