Vantaggi
Onboarding and learning is brilliantly done, enough time to get the hang of things, good pace to get you into the different areas of your job. The peers are wonderful all around. Managers have weekly 1:1s, give good feedback and set goals for you to achieve and give good time as well as advice to reach them. The higher ups are really nice too, the sense of hierarchy is basically non-existent. In terms of learning, theres always something to look into, to read further into, to develop. They give a stipend to learn privately if you want to take courses. The benefits are amazing too, and one of my favourites is remote working. They also cover bills for your phone and home wifi. Honestly the vibe, culture, people and work is very good. There can be difficult times but nothing unexpected in any work place.
Svantaggi
Its somewhat of a start up, and not that many employees, meaning sometimes there may be a decent sized workload, process can change and sometimes some people are spread quite thin. It's not really a con, more of something to be aware about in any start up, or company with fewer employees.
