We review salaries based on market data and on capability, if you are unhappy with your salary please do speak to your manager or escalate to HR so we can understand your concern. Leadership of our people is important. We want our people to perform at their best. If there is any issue with the way that someone speaks to you, please escalate to HR immediately. As a business we are focused on supporting value to our customers both in the short term and long term. To ensure we have clarity with the team on the plan for this - we will host an internal session to improve understanding of our planning and practices. Please do feel free to approach myself or David on your concerns directly so we can address these with you and others as needed.
