      This place had a very laid back environment, friendly co-workers, not very stressful. Repetitive easy work, good people to work with.

      Very poor compensation. Senior management does not keep promises. Raise are very rare, even if there was raises it will be very small.

      Not many...I guess the best is management leaves you alone. It's just a job and not a career.

      Owners have no clue on reviving the Blass name. They don't listen and are surrounded by people who offer no opinion. They hire the wrong people to revive the brand. There are some smart people there but seems they no longer take them seriously.
