Bill Dodge Auto Group truly is the difference. We haven’t lost sight of the “family owned” aspect. We truly take care of the customers and that has always been my goal. As an employee I feel valued and appreciated. The Dodges care about their employees, especially the ones who’ve been with the group a long time. Many of the benefits offered are excellent including PTO for sales.

There are no cons. It’s a large group with a lot of moving parts.
Overall good spot to learn the car business.
Leadership/management always has good tenure in the business, makes for a good support environment where possible.
The company Christmas party is quite fun.
Building connections with your showroom team.
Strong preference to hire from within for management roles when they come up.
Decent market area.

Most improvement of sales skills requires you to build additional skills on your own.
4 days of instructed training upon onboarding.
