There’s a strong balance of vision, intellectual curiosity, calmness, ethics, and thoughtful decision-making — all grounded in a genuine commitment to culture and values. The technology is incredible, but what really stands out are the people behind it — talented, driven, and hardworking individuals who care deeply about innovating with purpose and always keeping the patient at the center of everything. The culture is transparent, collaborative, and performance-driven, with strong communication and accountability from leadership. It genuinely feels like one cohesive team, 20-mile-marching forward together towards ambitious, shared goals. Expectations are clear, support is always available, and there’s a real sense that everyone wants each other to succeed.

BillionToOne offers so much — meaningful work, incredible teammates, strong support, great compensation, and endless opportunities to grow. But it’s also a place where you need to be all in. Success here takes focus, commitment, and genuine passion for what you do. I don’t see that as a negative at all — it’s part of what makes BTO such a special place. You’re constantly encouraged to challenge your own limits, think creatively, and find innovative ways to solve complex problems. It’s demanding — but it’s also deeply rewarding.
