Billtrust is seen as a leader in the billing and payment market and it's hot product/service offering which is why are growing rapidly year after year. It's a unique culture- employees take accountability and ownership, the company promotes worklife balance and has tons of company events and rewards. There is very little bureaucracy and the leadership communicates often. Employees are more happy and engaged than most companies I've worked at. The CEO is a visionary and is a motivating leader. Technology is modern and works well. Benefits are competitive with larger firms. The future looks stable and promising.

Every employee is visible since our impact can be seen across the company due the size. We wear a lot of hats, as well. This is fine if you are used to working in fast paced culture and are ok with the pressure of being held accountable. We are also hiring a ton so we have to focus on training new staff which can be seen as a good problem to have.
