Was a fantastic place to work, talented people that I learnt a lot from. Had a nice work life balance with many perks like flexible working, hybrid working, and early finishes. Colleagues that you actually want to have lunch with. Annual company trip is a nice time to spend with colleagues They pay in line with the market based on experience and takes into account the actual living wage. Senior leadership team are always open to feedback and you can ask anyone in the company a question regardless of title or seniority. Incredible operations and HR team that makes everything smooth and are always looking to improve policies and processes.

Not many I can think of

I genuinely love working here. Senior management truly care about their employees and regularly ask for feedback on how they can make this an even better place to work. What stands out is that they actually listen and continue putting new support systems and initiatives in place based on that feedback. There’s a lot of freedom and trust in how you work, which makes it easy to find a style and routine that suits you best. The culture is incredibly supportive, and you’re surrounded by like-minded people who genuinely want the best for each other and celebrate each other’s successes daily.

Nothing really comes to mind, the company is constantly asking for feedback and actively works on improving areas where needed!
