The working environment is harmonious with staff respecting one another and work in a cordial manner and helping each other in times of needs . The Management is helpful and down to earth and render necessary advice and guidance to subordinates when situation calls for. The Company is able to attract the loyalty of staff some of which works more than 20 years with the Company and majority are more than 8 years and above .
