I am always challenged! The drive for continuous (product and process) improvement yields many opportunities to learn and grow. Managing employees is difficult, but it is great experience to have.

Little to no opportunities for bonuses or pay bumps (to give or receive). When key employees leave, they are not replaced and their work is farmed out, but those who take on the extra workload do not receive any additional compensation. HR is slowly chipping away at the few perks we did have here. Little respect for long-term employees; Perhaps a different motivational tactic is needed than to get us in a room and insult us. Not sending high-potential employees for additional training or further education.
