Greatest of intentions in employees below C Suite Level A Mission to save lives
Svantaggi
Nano management Constantly changing targets, territories, rubrics. In the small amount of time I worked there I had 13 new direct reporting managers. As is usual with most non-profits, they are incredibly top heavy. "Executive" upon Executive upon Executive.... and their main job?.... to keep their job by scapegoating every subordinate beneath. Also, whenever convenient the phrase comes out "dont you want to save lives?!" They call themselves a community blood bank but blood is a commodity that is sold to the highest bidder and that more often is exported to a community hundreds if not thousands of miles away. It is a cash cow. Millions of dollars being negotiated away to the highest bidder to which, since it's a "non-profit" it saturates stagnate and bloated executives. Whenever you see the appeals in the media to give blood, know that the management of that blood is sewed into contracts that feed the very insincerity you come to find out you are working for. I repeat, I had the same 3 Executives in my department but had 13 different sheep (Directors) sacrificed on the altar of expediency, greed and hostility. This is a cash grab with glutinous scheming Executives divvying up the fat upon which every subordinate not to mention donors sacrificed for. Run!
