BioPharm truly puts its people first. They are extremely accommodating, flexible, and put a big focus on developing talent. Promoting from within is always the first choice from the most junior employee to leadership roles. Those who work hard are rewarded and those who may be struggling in their role are given the support and resources to succeed. BioPharm is truly a great place to work and grow your career.

The remote/hybrid work environment has made it difficult to connect with new hires. I'd love to see more opportunities and budget for managers to do team building activities, send care packages, etc.

BioPharm fosters a supportive work environment where coworkers have each others’ backs. Supervisors also are invested in their team and care about the success of their direct reports.

Workloads can be heavy, though the camaraderie and support of teammates helps to balance this.
