The CEO is a wonderful leader - Biote works to create a family environment that is employee focused. I truly miss working for this company.

No cons - Personally, I was just looking for a career change.

Absolutely no pros, most unorganized and downgrading company.

Gossip central to say the least. Very unprofessional, they love to put people down. Systems and numbers are never accurate you are having to do so much extra work just because they don’t have the means to make things organized. Toxic, toxic, toxic!!! One regional manager (now area directory) runs the show and is so mean. HR should invest in the multiple fractions that are against this person but they decide to disregard what people say. She will continue to drive overturn within this company. This company lies to there stakeholders to make themselves look better.
