Lots of great people, really passionate about the mission of the company. There is also a lot of opportunity for growth and to take on new projects. Since joining, I've seen a lot of people celebrate promotions or new roles within the org

It's a start up. I don't think that's a con but it's not the right environment for everyone. if you are ok with the a flexible environment and a fast pace, I think you'll enjoy it
