Amazing environment! Management is very supportive and always looking to see how they can help you succeed. I never am hesitant to ask for help as I know anyone I ask would be more than willing to assist me. There are check-ins every week to make sure you're hitting your numbers, and I can understand how that may be intimidating at first. As I mentioned though, the team here is very supportive and want to make sure they're doing everything they can so that you are successful. The question posed in those meetings isn't "Why aren't you hitting your quota?" but rather, "What can we do to help you improve?" This is the type of atmosphere that everyone looks for, and I'm very happy to be working here. It's just a great feeling knowing that you matter in your company, and that is never a question at Biogensys.
