Vantaggi

There are a few good people here.

Svantaggi

Too many. This company does not support most of its employees. Top leadership is completely oblivious to what happens at the day to day working level. Top management in general set the workers up to fail. Favoritism within the organization.

I am sorry to hear that in your short time with us you did not have a good experience. Biomerics has worked hard to grow the business in Brooklyn Park, MN and there are a lot of exciting changes going on here. We have had a lot of growth yer over year the last five years and opportunities for employees to advance along with that growth. Our growth company wide is expected to continue for many years to come. While we wish you were able to see the vision leadership has for this growth and stay longer to share in the rewards we do with you well in your future endeavors.
