As an employee who is looking to reap benefits, there is none from this “company” -You earn about 4 hours of pto every 6 weeks - if your family members ever get sick, I was told that I had to take all 12 weeks and I couldn’t take days off as needed to take sick family member to drs appts - the “President”, which is the owners wife, never held fact finding conversations. Instead believed gossip through others - the directors have no sense of direction and don’t know what to do. Be prepared to figure it out on your own When I was working there, there was a group of 3-4 people who walked out mid day. Now that I think about it, good for them!
