Cons: 1. Company work on hire and fire policy. They pick good talent from Industry and fire them even within a week or month. 2. No learning document available so you cant learn the things and deliver good result. 3. No values. If you have good bonding with managment then your attendace can be mark as without work. 4. No place for Innovation. You have to follow your manager instruction else you will be out. 5. Company work on outdated framework. No industry process adhered. 6. Most of the managers are unprofessionals, they were not guide you. They belive in firing. 7. Very less leave.
