Unclear goals and directions, constantly moving goalposts and changing their minds on what they want. Deadlines of a few days for tasks that ordinarily take a couple of weeks, push projects through quickly that they don't go well and then you get ranted and shouted at when they don't perform, the owner tells you that you have two braincells, makes comments about your weight and food choices and will say thinks like 'I cant wait to prove you wrong' when you disagree, your workload is equal to about 4 peoples worth of work and they dont care just add more work, no career development or courses available, there is so much wrong with this place that its hard to write it all here

-welcoming and inclusive staff that I enjoyed working with -opportunities for extra hours and progression

-minimum wage -many more hours than may anticipate
