Store director at the time was a psycho, she constantly yells and throws stuff around and just makes life very stressful and miserable Very few people nowadays knows about them, yet their stuff is not cheap either, so it makes selling there more difficult. They were once a Canadian company but has been bought out by an American company, but don't think that matters much. The pay is minimum wage, it's not even close to what other jewelry place is paying right now for the amount of work involved on a daily basis

Overall a good company to work for. Good benifits, fair compensation and decent quality of life benefits like vacation, personal time, stock option etc..

The commission structure was always being changed. A very nepotistic environment, if you underperformed and were in the right crowd you were untouchable regardless. Unable to be competitive with product pricing was a frequent issue.
