I was working with birlasoft for 2 years as my bond was for 2 years, UNFORTUNATELY!! .i joined as fresher done my Genesis Training for 6 month. As fresher i have no idea what project and what technology i will get and i was excited that finally i have chance to get my hand dirty in coding.but they dont have any good project infact any development projects.i was assign to a maintenance project with shift with non technical work, Manager was stupid and dont know how to talk professionally. i talk to HR but we all know how useful they are. i tried to talk with lots of Senior guys but no one listening. my notice period was 3 month , when i talk to HR that can i serve my notice period and bond. the denied that. then eventually i know that i can serve notice and bond together.So Kudos to HR team. finally i left the company without any job, in the covid situation and luckily by god grace i got a job much much better then Birlasoft. and my friends are still in that ticket allocating and monitoring work. Please dont delete or remove this. let people know how brilliant you guys are.

Regarding your feedback on the number of projects, Birlasoft has been successfully closing large deals in the past and has done well in the last 2 quarters where big deals have happened for Birlasoft and we are growing rapidly. Regarding your concerns on the bond policy, we believe in investing in our people for a long period and help them build their skill-set and careers to meet the current and future opportunities. Also, most of the IT organizations in the Industry have a bond duration for freshers so that there is some level of commitment from them post joining an organization. Any information related to the HR policies is readily available on the intranet for all the employees to access. Regarding your feedback on management, Birlasoft consistently focuses on managerial and leadership development. We conduct 360-degree reviews, skip-level meetings, and HR one on one to identify areas of improvement and bring everyone on the same page. Internal surveys also help us capture employee feedback, sentiments and address issues in a timely manner. Your feedback matters and we certainly understand that it has been one odd experience. Extremely toxic leadership environment of dishonesty, attacks, and back stabbing. Numbers are pushed at all costs, without addressing the root cause of the delivery challenges. Lack on investment into solution capabilities, skills, and talent. Sellers encourage to sell first, then create the capabilities later. Ever changing senior leaders as Chairwoman and advisors create a culture of fear, distrust, and internal competition. No collaboration or teamwork among the sector, service, or delivery heads. Not an IT firm I would invest my money in for success.
