They are always open to feedback and suggestions. The management makes sincere efforts to address every issue 5. In contrary to what a previous reviewer said, I found my team lead/manager very considerate, motivating, and resourceful

      - Leadership is constantly micromanaging and verbally abusive. - There is no proper SDLC, documentation, or planning; processes are chaotic and inconsistent. - HR exists only in theory and fails to resolve conflicts or protect employees. - Expect constant interruptions and weekend work despite being remote. - Knowledge is hoarded by a few, leaving juniors and others in confusion. - Loyalty and recognition are based on favoritism, not actual skills or results. - BA employees get assigned QA tasks while QA employees get assigned BA tasks. If you fail, you get publicly shouted at. - Non-technical PMs are running projects, causing confusion and poor decision-making. - No training or onboarding for freshers; you are expected to join and start working immediately.
