Not good at giving increments

There is no such good thing, always employee have to compromise. poor management system.

Managers are not trained for IT industry.As a result,they act like some big heads without any managerial skills, and treat employees like slaves and they do not have skills to understand new ideas or to identify skilled people. - Office politics gets intense some times, again mostly because of managers. I remember them making someone group leader who couldn't able to write one sentence in English. - Always look out for proper paperwork​. They will give you tons of responsibility, without any paperwork. So, it doesn't add any value to your career. - Poor salary structure - there is practically ZERO employee perks. They cut half day salary just for being 1 sec late. It doesn't matter if you stay 2 hours more after office time.
