Where do I start? I'll echo what some other reviewers have said...engineering great, and my team-mates were incredible. I made lifelong friends but we mainly bonded over all the dishonesty at Bitrise. There was more lay-off rounds than they let on about and some team members were brought on a week after old ones were made redundant. Their ops planning was poor and constant change in strategic direction/leadership changes/people changes created absolute chaos. Who paid for that chaos? Nearly 100+ people that were made redundant over the course of a year. Everyone then watched other great people leave and go to other companies...no surprise in that. Why would you stay at a sinking ship? If targets weren't being met then leadership just brought in a redundancy round then re-hired the same jobs in 6+ months.
