BitSigh invests in it's people but expects the same kind of investment in return, so be prepared to work hard. Our marketing team, sales engineers and software developers are the best in the industry and are always there for you. Most of all BitSight is a team and you will feel that from the first day you start. There is much to learn but your the seasoned vets around you are always available to help.

      - Lots of opportunities for cross-functional work/working with senior-level SMEs - EOY Bonus (usually) - Great benefits (Flexible PTO policy/stipends)

      - Exec suite does not care about you! - Pay is not competitive; was paid significantly less relative to market for experience (didn't realize this until too late, mgmt wouldn't adjust salary either) - No cost-of-living raises over the 2 years I worked there (No raise at all, ever, actually! And no support to be promoted from within) - Layoffs occur twice a year, and everyone is replaceable
