A hard-working workforce and some great employees.

- Leadership micromanagement - Favored employees are Asian; extremely high levels of racial discrimination - Order is maintained through a punitive environment - The brightest employees fail to advance and feel threatened to express an opinion that differs from management. - "Saving face" is valued more highly than honest interaction with employees and customers - Unhealthy focus and encouragement of employees to focus on negatives and not accomplishments. - Work/Life balance is non-existent. The work culture is 996. At a Chinese company, this refers to a workday that starts at 9 am, finishes at 9 pm, with an extended 6 day week. While this is not in writing, it is expected. - Low-quality products produced in substandard manufacturing facilities - Antiquated management system - No opportunity for career advancement - No training to continually improve or learn new skills - Little to no engineering innovation or prowess - This company is struggling to survive.

Fruit vendor once a week.

Extremely condescending management with alarming attitude issues. Co-workers who don't know English but are forced and unwilling to train new employees. Training is almost non-existent and when asking for help your immediately looked down upon, even on the first day. A evaluation check page by day two I wish I could show that was full of spelling, grammatical errors and broken English. STAY FAR AWAY!
