Our office space was definitely showing its age, with outdated facilities that weren’t conducive to a modern work environment. Fortunately, we have invested in substantial upgrades in our office move. In the past, we struggled with high employee turnover, which was a significant concern. However, we've implemented better support systems and created more opportunities for career development, which have made a positive impact. Nevertheless, there is room for further improvement as we continue to refine our strategies to retain talent.
