Wonderful tech support engineers, decent health care, long term insurance, vacation, great coworkers, home office, great customers, plenty of travel, fair branch manager. Actually, I love my job, it is interesting and very satisfying.

No raise in 7 years, make 20% less than 10 years ago. Poor 401K match. Old outdated employee laptops. Complete lack of training on new products or software releases. BBNS unintegrated entities competing against us for opportunities, but our labor rates not even remotely competitive with other independent or BBNS entities. No local or statewide advertising of our branch, although unintegrated BBNS advertise. Lousy car allowance with Runzheimer, I'm actually subsidizing my work travel. Unable to carry over any vacation.

There genuinely are a lot of great people working here but they are often lower level employees. Great work-life balance and flexibility (for the most part..) Solid benefits package(health insurance, PTO, etc)

Communication with management is very poor. They hardly consider the opinions of the “worker bees.” Compensation and incentives slowly eroded while you continue to take on more work. “Feathers in your cap” does not count as compensation. Very little, if any, commission. Far too aggressive targets for the resources available. Extreme offshoring of existing positions leading to everyone feeling like they have a gun pointed to their head. Executives hardly have any idea what their organization even looks like on a day to day basis. “Visionary” executives don’t cut it. Most importantly: non-existent path for career development and growth. Taken advantage of, especially in this role. Major conflicts of interests with AM’s and management surrounding growing out of the SSE position.
