This place is a joke- If you are a hard worker get ready to work that much harder - no training no leadership no culture no nothing. No raises and all they keep doing is moving people around so they can eventually fire you. Don’t work here

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I'm sorry that you had such a poor experience with us. As you may remember, we recently rolled out a new mission, vision, values, and cultural pillars to help drive the work environment and culture we would like our team members to have every day. Cultures take a great deal of time to become part of the fabric of an organization, but I'm very pleased with the progress we have made so far. Additionally, we have been adding more and more resources related to training, including LinkedIn Learning and CBT Nuggets. There genuinely are a lot of great people working here but they are often lower level employees. Great work-life balance and flexibility (for the most part..) Solid benefits package(health insurance, PTO, etc)

Communication with management is very poor. They hardly consider the opinions of the “worker bees.” Compensation and incentives slowly eroded while you continue to take on more work. “Feathers in your cap” does not count as compensation. Very little, if any, commission. Far too aggressive targets for the resources available. Extreme offshoring of existing positions leading to everyone feeling like they have a gun pointed to their head. Executives hardly have any idea what their organization even looks like on a day to day basis. “Visionary” executives don’t cut it. Most importantly: non-existent path for career development and growth. Taken advantage of, especially in this role. Major conflicts of interests with AM’s and management surrounding growing out of the SSE position.
